Pet Friendly Apartments in South East Durham

At Alexan Place at South Square we understand that your pet is part of the family. We encourage you to bring them to your new home. 

Dogs and cats allowed! We allow two pets per apartment home. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet. A second pet fee of $150 is due for the second pet. If your pet weighs more than 65 pounds, there is a one time non-refundable fee of $500. You must live on the first floor only.
